Jordy Construction was awarded this 21,000 SF project after a presenting a detailed line item bid and interviewing with the property manager, architect, and tenant representative. The job was comprised of a 5 phase, fully occupied schedule spanning approximately 5 months. The scope of work included full demolition, of carpet, walls, ceiling, HVAC, plumbing and electrical. The new construction efforts included all finishes, casework, new wall layout, full upgrades to mechanical and electrical systems. During the course of construction Jordy was reporting to building management the condition of the MEP Systems, trouble shooting and repairing any and all code or maintenance challenges.
