Jordy Carter is growing! Please join us in welcoming our newest colleagues to the Jordy Carter team.
Lauren Moore has joined the Jordy Carter team as an office manager. Lauren brings 10 years of customer service experience to her new role. Her creative and upbeat personality will no doubt help create a positive first impression of Jordy Carter among our growing client base. Lauren’s key responsibilities will be to welcome visitors upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service to meet visitors’ needs.
Emily Marsh has joined the Jordy Carter team as an interior designer. Her background in commercial interior design combined with her technical capabilities should prove assets to a number of our project teams. Emily will specify and produce technical drawings and bills of materials, as well work directly with architects and design firms on projects. She will also be responsible for assisting in the selection of product finishes and other design-related items.
Sara Hendricks has joined the Jordy Carter team as an account manager. Sara comes to us with an extensive background in the healthcare field. In her more than seven years at Centura Health Sara developed expertise in a number of areas. Her role at Jordy Carter will include meeting with clients, overseeing the project team, providing furniture solutions and much more. Sara prides herself on her extensive knowledge of the unique needs of the healthcare industry and is eager to be a helpful member of the team.

Holiday Food Drive
As part of our continuing effort to support the communities in which we do business, Jordy Construction and Jordy Carter Furnishings are holding a food drive to support families and pets in need this holiday season. All donations will be dropped off on December, 22 to the Food Bank of the Rockies and PawsCo.
We are so thankful to our amazing clients and power partners who have helped us renovate and furnish amazing commercial properties this year. Flatirons Solutions, Inc.
This month, the Jordy Carter team is proud to highlight the recent completion of technology and consulting company Flatirons Solutions Inc.’s office space located at 5755 Central Avenue, in Boulder, Colo.
For the project, Brownstein worked closely with a team of experts, including Jordy Carter Furnishings Designer Heather Pabst, Cathey Young of Catherine Young Interior Design Inc., independent consultant Jim Vieth, and Ryan Hanneman of Railton McEvoy Architects. Dale Sand and Sand Construction of Colorado provided exceptional tenant improvement work on the project. Together, the team delivered a mix of architectural and interior design solutions that perfectly fit the company’s two-floor space plan and budget.
Flatirons Solutions offers unique technology solutions to its customers, and wanted a more functional and collaborative environment that reflected its high-performance culture. The goal of the office redesign was to create a space that both supported innovation and empowered employees to do their best work in a variety of settings. Together, our team selected furniture that complemented Flatirons Solutions’ branding and colors, and used unique artwork elements to reflect the company’s creative approach to technology.
The space is the new global flagship location for the company. The office will house approximately 100 plus employees.
Villa Shade by Kimball Office
This quarter, the Jordy Carter team can’t get enough of the Villa Shade with power/data capabilities from Kimball Office. The Villa Shade features a simple design that provides privacy, style and functionality. Having power/data hidden on the base make it a comfortable and convenient place to set up for any occasion.
