Vision

We begin each project by working with the client, interior design firm and other partners to understand the vision and goals for the project. The visioning stage of our process may include:

  • Presentation of drawings, renderings, images, and samples of furniture
  • Assistance selecting finishes that support the budget and design vision
  • Budget management
  • Exploration of solutions that fit within the budget and maintain the design and functionality goals
  • Negotiation of discounts and manufacturer contracts on behalf of the client

Procurement

This stage of the project requires great attention to detail and in-depth communication to ensure that the furniture being procured supports the overall plan and project. The procurement portion of our process may include:

  • Approvals
    • Clear, concise drawings, finish verification forms and images to ensure that the project team understands exactly what is being ordered
    • Simple, straightforward pricing proposals to ensure confidence in the purchase
  • Timeline development
    • An understanding of the overall project timeline, phasing and installation schedule
    • Order management
  • Order placement and verification with various manufacturers to understand appropriate shipping dates and transit approaches
