This Project was a joint project between Jordy Construction and Jordy Carter Furnishings. ALPS Fund Services Occupies 3 floors at the 1290 Broadway Building with the 8th floor being their most recent project. Jordy Carter was selected for this project over 2 other competitors because of the enhancements that Kimball has made to the Interworks project and our ability to work closely with the Construction side to revise the layout to meet the unique electrical and data access challenges presented by the buildings layout.
